Arrival alerts for both ports
While a container has no record at the port you selected, it can be checked in the background. When that record first appears, you get one notification by email or in the browser. There is no morning digest and no demurrage warning email.
An alert watches one port. A Jebel Ali alert does not watch KCT or SAJAA, and a Khor Fakkan alert does not watch Jebel Ali.
Activate Automated Arrival Alerts
Paste container numbers below to add alerts manually. If you are signed in with auto-subscribe on (default), searching in the workspace also turns on alerts for containers still awaiting arrival.
Open the tracking workspace, enter your email, and confirm the one-time code. You get one notification when the container first appears at Jebel Ali. A free account keeps those alerts across devices.
What the notification is for
The alert does not stop storage charges and it is not sent at the moment of discharge. It tells you that a container which had no record now has one, at the port you selected. Jebel Ali free time is a separate indicative calculation. Khor Fakkan charges appear on the tracking result, not in the alert email.
Until cargo reaches the port, a look-up shows "No Data Found". When a port record appears, the container has arrived in the terminal. That is the signal to start customs clearance, the delivery order, and the haulier e-token.
Built for prompt logistics operations
When a container goes from no port record to a record at Jebel Ali, you get one email or browser notification.
Background checks run for two weeks after the last time anyone searches that container. After that it is removed from the alert list. At Jebel Ali, checks also stop once the empty container is returned.
The alert is one email or browser notification when the container first appears at the port you selected. It does not report later yard moves, and it is not a marketing message.
Once alerted, remove containers directly from the notification email or clear all arrived containers in your workspace with one click.

Saved Watchlists: Re-check a Shipment Without Re-typing It
Alerts cover containers that haven't arrived yet. For containers already at the port, a watchlist lets you re-run the same list each morning and see what changed.
In the tracking workspace, click Save and name the list by vessel, client or B/L, for example "BL 90214 โ 12 boxes".
Re-running a saved list compares it with your previous check and highlights containers whose status, terminal or storage position changed. Show changed only filters to just those.
Without an account, watchlists are saved in your browser. With a free account they sync to your dashboard and across devices.
From the watchlist manager you can subscribe the containers in a list to arrival alerts, or export the list.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does "No Data Found" mean when tracking my container?
"No Data Found" indicates that the vessel is still in transit and the container has not arrived or manifested in DP World Jebel Ali terminal systems yet.
When will I receive an arrival alert?
You get one alert when the container first appears at Jebel Ali. That means a port record exists and release processing can start.
How does automated arrival monitoring work?
Containers that have not appeared yet stay on your alert list. When a record first appears, you get a single arrival alert. Later yard moves do not send more alerts. You can still see them in the workspace.
How do I remove containers once they have arrived?
Every notification email contains a direct link to dismiss the container. In your tracking workspace, you can also click "Dismiss" on any arrived unit or use "Clear Arrived" to clean up your active watchlist in one click.
